Believe in yourself.. This was just what I needed to give me more clarity into what I have been working on for a while. Somehow I had forgotten that "All new life comes with a Dream". Thank you Jennifer!!

Good presentation that made me think!. Jennifer gave a thoughtful well-planned presentation (even though the presentation viewer did not work!) which really made me think about how my ideas about myself have been formed. I realize I need to review my "self opinions" and see how they are working for me - and discard the ones that really do not apply and shed the labels someone else has assigned to me. I appreciated this class

Excellent Teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in this class. The information was very well laid out and the meditation portion was very powerful. Jennifer makes everyone feel welcome and creates a great environment for learning.

Very interesting and informative. The slides and additional comments during this class had me on the edge of my seat. The exercises at the end and follow-up reading were also VERY helpful.
