Since 2000 I have immersed my life into teaching students in the greater Hightstown-East Windsor, NJ area about yoga and other holistic practices. My own studies and travels have deepened my understanding in energy and given me a strong sense of purpose. I invite you to share with me in the journey.

My yoga school was accredited with the National Yoga Alliance in 2004. As a Master Yoga Teacher in NJ, I have a strong mentoring 500 hour curriculum as well as daily yoga classes for all levels.
