Listening to Your Body When Healing

It's sacred to have a body, and a pleasure to listen to it's wisdom on the healing journey! In this class, we'll:

- Connect to and appreciate our body's way of communicating
- Meditate to listen to our body
- Practice muscle testing to discern if something is for us
