Let's dedicate the month of May to gratitude!
* Do you want to be happier?
* Do you want your happiness to be independent of what's going on in the world around you?
* Can you imagine being unconditionally happy?
While this might be hard to imagine, the truth is that happiness can be unconditional and we can improve upon our "happiness quotient" with dedicated commitment to it.
This month join Maddi for a 9-Day Gratitude Lab.
If gratitude is the secret to unconditional happiness, I want to find out for myself.

* A pen or pencil
* A comfortable, quiet place to sit together and practice.
We will meet 9 mornings to create a safe, committed community space where we will examine our own personal life conditions. We'll practice by exploring what things we can be grateful about and then we'll create the physical feeling of gratitude in our bodies. With daily practice, we'll observe how we change from day to day.
