In my previous program of a similar title, I confirmed for myself that gratitude, practiced ritually and with dedication, can absolutely shift the conditions of my life. As a witness to this experience, I decided that it would make sense to continue to offer a program rooted in the certainty that gratitude is a foundation for a happy life.
If you haven't experienced the power of gratitude for yourself, I recommend that you take the Gratitude Lab course I offer here on LiL. It's recorded and a wonderful 3-week preparation for this once weekly program. Committing to the group practice 3 times weekly and 4 days on your own will set your foundation for following through in this next edition of the experiment.
In this 11-session program offered from June 3 - August 12, we will explore ways to deepen our experience of gratitude through meditation; movement; breath; and also other practices that can support gratitude and make deep happiness a reality in daily life.
You will be expected to be familiar with and committed to your own daily writing practice as the starting point for this next step... how can life become happy and joyful regardless of the outer circumstances? That is what we are after.
