What can you make using BANANAS? So much! From Smoothies to Banana Leather to Ice-Cream, I will show you how useful Bananas are to the Raw Food Diet. Bananas are a great source of vitamin c, protein, potassium, vitamin B6 and more. My family couldn't live without them! So, grab your bananas and join me!
Additional Information
If you'd like to join me in making recipes, you will need 1-2 fresh bananas and a green leafy veggie for the Smoothie, 1-2 fresh bananas and a dehydrator for the Leather, and please freeze at least 1-2 bananas w/o the peel for the Ice-Cream.
