Most people are never sure if they are doing their kegels or pelvic floor lifts correctly because they can't see or necessarily feel anything happening.Kegels typically dont become imortant until symptoms such as leaking while coughing or laughing, pelvic pain, or sexual issues arise. Having a pelvic floor that can contract and relax is important becuase it is the base of your core. When kegels are done correctly and consistently in combination with movement, your whole body benefits.This 3 part class teaches deep diaphramatic breathing,its connection to the pelvic floor, how to control the pelvic floor muscles and how to coordinate exercise movements with the core breath and pelvic floor.
