If you have trouble fitting cardio and core exercises into your day or need to get started by adding shorts bouts of activity to increase your steps or help with general health, then this class may help. Incorporating movement that increases your heart rate and activates your core to benefit your health will be discussed. You will be given ideas and demonstration of activity you can add into your day that will make a difference.
