In this class you will learn why balance is so important especially as we age. You will learn how to self test your balance and what and how to improve your balance.

If you have fallen 2 or more times this year please consider going to see a Physical Therapist near you to be medically evaluated. If you just notice that you cant balance very well on one foot then this class is for you.
